Who Benefits in Building Construction Trade School Instruction
Like any American Dream, we also have a dream: the creation to enhance the construction industry.
Who Benefits:
1. First Students Do
Students enrolled in Hammered Nail Building Construction 4-year Trade School Instruction will work and build to improve neighborhoods.
Work with the disabled and elderly to improve their homes.
Our professional instructors have years of on-the-job training and repeated hands-on experience, which they use to pass on their knowledge to the students.
2. Partners Do
There will be three shifts at the job locations.
Students will benefit so each building contractor can be reassured that we are training their potential students to work on any project at their construction sites.
Building contractors or individuals offering home benefits who enter Hammered Nail Building Construction 4-year Trade School programs will go into their homes offering free labor; hopefully, donors will fund us to purchase building materials to work in those homes.
3. Building Construction Companies do who team up with Hammered Nail Building Construction.
Any company or individual donating the building to Hammered Nail Building Construction could receive a tax credit through Global Youth Career Development, a 501 (C) (3) Corporation.
Added Benefit: All abandoned homes or apartment buildings donated to Hammered Nail Building Construction 4-year Trade School after rehab, remodeled, or total reconstruction can be sold for an enormous profit after reconditioning, repairing, rebuilding, remanufacturing, or restoration.
4. Paying Customer Do
Paying customers who pay us to work on their homes or apartments for which we offer a discount on labor and materials.
